Privacy Statement
Your privacy is important to us. To demonstrate our commitment to our users' privacy, we are disclosing our information and privacy practices to our users. Dayle Haddon Ageless Living guarantees the privacy of your personal information and will not rent, sell, or share your information with another party. This privacy statement covers the site Dayle.com.

Information Collection and Use
Dayle.com collects personal information to assist in providing our users with information that is relevant to their needs. If a user wishes to receive communication from Dayle.com, we ask for contact information, including name, email address, and mailing address. We also ask for optional personal information that is collected to determine the preferences of our potential newsletter subscribers. The collected contact information will be used to notify users about future publications from Dayle.com. Users will be given the option to opt-in to subscribing to the newsletter at that time. Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We may use both session ID and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user's hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. Cookies enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. If users reject the cookie, they may still use our site.

Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We may employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that helps us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. The main difference between the two is that clear gifs are invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Clear gifs are not tied to users' personally identifiable information.

Service Providers
We partner with a third party for the development and maintenance of our Web site. This third party is not allowed to use personally identifiable information collected from our Web site for its own purpose.

From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Dayle.com reserves the right, but is not obligated, to do any or all of the following:

Remove postings which are deemed to be abusive, illegal, disruptive, or in any way fail to conform with standards of acceptability determined by and at the sole discretion of Dayle.com staff.
Monitor, record or disclose any communication in the community.
Edit or delete any communication(s) posted on the Dayle.com site.

No Purchase Or Internet Access Required

Eligibility
Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States to legal United States residents at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Employees and directors of Dayle Haddon Ageless Living as well as their immediate family members are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. No purchase, registration or Internet access necessary in order to win. This sweepstakes promotion is void where prohibited.

Sweepstakes Period
The promotional period begins on May 1, 2003 at 12:01 am Eastern Time and ends on July 31, 2003 at 12:00 am Eastern Time.

Entry
There is no purchase, registration or Internet access necessary to enter. You may enter the sweepstakes by one of the following methods:

Enter by signing up to receive news from Dayle Haddon at Dayle.com. You will receive one entry per email address.
To enter by mail, hand print your name, complete address including zip code, home telephone number with area code, date of birth, and e-mail address on a 3" x 5" card and mail in a first class stamped envelope to:

You may mail as many entries as you wish, but no more than 10 entries may be included in each outer mailing envelope. No metered mail or copies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and if left at our office will not be entered in the Contest. Any mailed entry must be received by prior to the end of the promotion period.

Selection of Winners
All winners for any drawing will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place within five days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted in a randomized manner by Dayle Haddon Ageless Living

Odds of Winning
One winner will be chosen from the eligible entries received for each Sweepstakes Prize. All prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning for each drawing will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. The winner may not assign, transfer, or substitute prizes. The winner will be responsible for federal, state and local taxes, as well as all other costs associated with redemption of the prize.

List of Winners
Prizes not claimed within 30 days of the postmark of the notification by U.S. Mail will be awarded to another winner. For a list of winners send a self addressed stamped envelope to:

Dayle Haddon Ageless Living is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by online users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Web site. Dayle Haddon Ageless Living is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or for telecommunications, technical, or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, lost, late, damaged, or postage due. All entries become the property of Dayle Haddon Ageless Living. and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Miscellaneous
By accepting a prize, where permitted by law, the winner agrees to grant to Dayle Haddon Ageless Living and its assigns the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Dayle Haddon Ageless Living. Further, by accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless Dayle Haddon Ageless Living and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this sweepstakes. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Dayle Haddon Ageless Living reserves the right to disqualify any individual it determines, in its sole discretion, is tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Dayle Haddon Ageless Living; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the Web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant, and that person must comply with these rules.

Disputes
As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that any dispute or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court located in New York, New York, and that that Court shall apply the laws of the state of New York, without regard to doctrines of Conflict of Law, and that you agree to be subject to personal jurisdiction in the State of New York. Further, you agree that in any such dispute, under no circumstance will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes).
