Enchanted Bath Dayle's Enchanted Evening

  • Try meditating. Even 5 or 10 minutes can have a powerful effect on your day
  • As you prepare your bath, choose an aromatic oil to uplift and energize or one to calm and relax. Add 25 drops to bath or dab on wrists and temple.


  • Put on relaxing music like Norah Jones or Diana Krall. Dim the lights and place scented candles around the tub.
  • Add bubbles for fun, mineral salts for muscle relaxing and a terry pillow for your head.
  • Prepare a calming herb tea to sip while you soak.
  • After your soak, wrap yourself in a cozy robe and curl up with a good book or movie with a cup of tea or cocoa. Yum!
