Enchanted Bath
Dayle's Enchanted Evening- Try meditating. Even 5 or 10 minutes can have a powerful effect on your day
- As you prepare your bath, choose an aromatic oil to uplift and energize or one to calm and relax. Add 25 drops to bath or dab on wrists and temple.
- Put on relaxing music like Norah Jones or Diana Krall. Dim the lights and place scented candles around the tub.
- Add bubbles for fun, mineral salts for muscle relaxing and a terry pillow for your head.
- Prepare a calming herb tea to sip while you soak.
- After your soak, wrap yourself in a cozy robe and curl up with a good book or movie with a cup of tea or cocoa. Yum!
